Does DJK Restoration offer financing?
Yes — for non-insurance projects we offer financing through Hearth Finance, a third-party lender. We do not lend money ourselves and we do not mark up the cost of financing. You apply, the lender shows you the plans you qualify for, and you choose.
Will checking my financing options hurt my credit?
No. Seeing the options you pre-qualify for is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry only happens if you formally accept a loan.
Can I finance an insurance claim?
Most storm-damage work is paid by your insurance carrier, so financing is usually not needed for the claim itself. Where financing helps is the part insurance does not cover — an upgrade, a deductible, or a non-storm project. We never advertise paying or waiving your deductible; that is illegal in Illinois.
How fast is approval?
Most applications get a decision the same day. Once you choose a plan, we can typically schedule the project within the normal inspection-to-install timeline.
