So the roof check comes first. Every slope photographed, measured, dated and written up. If the roof needs replacing, you get a written estimate. If it has years left, the report says so, and you keep it either way.

Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?
Yes. We offer financing through Hearth Finance, a third-party lending marketplace, not DJK. Checking the options you prequalify for is a soft inquiry that won't affect your credit score, all credit is welcome, and financing is subject to credit approval. The lender sets the rate and terms.

My insurer won't renew until I replace the roof. Can you help?
We replace roofs and can time the install to your renewal date. Under Georgia law your carrier gives at least 60 days' written notice with the reason stated. We do not contact, negotiate with, or advise your insurer; the policy decision stays between you and your carrier.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are one day on the roof, with full cleanup the same day. In the north metro we can usually schedule within the same week.
